Great place to eat breakfast! It has all the options, from healthy to really rich! Their Benedict are amazing and the fresh orange juice delicious.

Both dine-in and take-out are good experiences. Great food and reasonable prices. Very friendly staff, too.

Don't be shy as you walk in. It's like walking into a corporate building. They have a menu that's easy on the eyes and has a great selection. The price is fair and the staff is helpful. They display Superior team work and they make sure your needs are met. Went for breakfast on a Monday and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Don't forget to tip.

I’m a huge fan of le peep! The boulder crepes, the veggie omelet and a few other items are some of my favorites on the menu! The staff is always kind and professional which is greatly appreciated! This is a great regular spot to go! The menu is large and many options. Nice place to bring family or friends

Very good food, great staff, and reasonably priced. What's not to love? I will definitely be returning. They also offer a different pancake flavor each month.

A very well run breakfast/lunch spot perfect for a quick bite. The service is great, and the facilities are very clean. The food is probably closer to 3 stars, but my experiences have always been positive.

The churro French toast was to die for! My friend and I actually got a second round. I had the Colorado egg white omelette and it was everything I had expected. Cold brew coffee was one of the best cold brews I've had in a long time. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Excellent service and our food came out so fast.

Pretty good food. I had the carnitas benedict which the pork didn't taste like carnitas but was still good and tender. Great service and nice atmosphere.

My first time to this location. I found the parking was convenient to the restaurant and Google maps made the drive here easy to navigate. The food selection was impressive and seemed to cater to all tastes. My omelette was very tasty and promptly served. My biggest impression of the restaurant was how all the servers and employees went out of their way to insure our satisfaction and comfort. I'll be back here again when I'm in the neighborhood.

Extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly. The food is fabulous and the coffees phenomenal! Coffees better than Starbucks, 10/10 would recommend!

Typical Le peep. Overpriced overcrowded slow service but they have gluten free which we needed for one person. I would always suggest going somewhere else

I had the Harvest Benedict and she had the Hen Pen. The hollandaise was great, as was the bacon. The peasant potatoes were bland and their title is tone deaf in the context of a widening income inequality here. We did takeout and while the process was smooth, we’re disappointed by the styrofoam containers. To offer takeout if you can’t provide compostable or reusable containers is to shirk responsibility to the environment.

Great place for breakfast, lunch and/or brunch!! Been coming here for a while. Stopped by after church and again it didn't disappoint. Great options to choose from no matter what you are craving. Definitely recommend checking it out!!

Good Salmon Benedict, good cappuccino, prompt and courteous service, convenient location (just minutes away from me), good ambience. Make sure to go early for outside seating. Recommended.

Everyone was nice. Foods was ok. I had three Omni omelet. It had way too many mushrooms. That was pretty much all I tasted and couldn't finish. They said they were sorry, but that's it.

Very good and fast. The location is in an office building surrounded by hotels. They have a nice selection on the menu that trends "healthier". They also have a choice of coffee, flavored (rotational basis), regular, and a dark roast. Knowing they had a dark roast was an indication that I was in the right place.

The food and it's presentation was delicious better yet their service was exceptional! Zach made us feel VIP and Grant was a great server! I'll be coming back soon, great place to enjoy a quality brunch.

Le Peep has amazing food and they've been super supportive of healthcare workers across the street during this pandemic. Five stars all the way.

I've had breakfast here a few times, both before COVID and during. The food is a little lackluster, but it's not bad. Their biscuits are incredibly soft, and all of the other bread-like items I've had were good (French toast, pancakes). However, my eggs have never been quite how I ordered them, their gravy is bland (but fresh!), and their potatoes are... also bland. It's not bad, but it's on par with something you could make yourself at home (for cheaper). It's not bad food, the service is always great, and they've done a good job for takeout for anyone not enthusiastic about sitting in.
